We are proud to have successfully delivered the expansion of the Ferrari Québec dealership—an ambitious project that pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in construction. Few builders dared take on this job due to the many constraints that complicated site access:
- A railway at the rear
- A Lexus dealership to the right
- A Hydro-Québec transformer station to the left
- A luxury vehicle entrance that had to remain operational throughout the project
OUR SOLUTION?
Think differently. We leased land from Hydro-Québec and built two protective barriers to allow trucks and heavy equipment to safely cross the transformer zone. This out-of-the-box approach enabled us to overcome significant logistical challenges and see the project through to completion.
This three-storey expansion includes a new showroom, vehicle storage area, and indoor parking—all seamlessly integrated into the existing dealership.
