We are proud to have overseen the expansion of Ferrari Québec, a complex project that pushed the boundaries of planning and construction.
The three-story expansion includes a brand-new showroom, a dedicated vehicle storage area, and indoor parking—all seamlessly integrated into the existing structure with fluidity and harmony.
The site presented numerous constraints:
- A railway at the rear: limiting site access
- A Lexus dealership to the right: requiring intelligent and safe operations at all times
- A Hydro-Québec transformer station to the left: posing an obstacle to construction and restricting access
- The need to coexist with daily operations: managing work around the main entrance reserved for luxury vehicles, while respecting business hours and client activity
OUR SOLUTION?
Thinking differently. We negotiated the rental of Hydro-Québec’s land and installed two secure passageways across the transformer station, allowing our trucks and heavy equipment to access the site. This bold, out-of-the-box approach transformed a major logistical challenge into an efficient and safe solution.
