The site was optimized for functionality: 11 full loading docks, 5,000 sq. ft. of office space tailored to tenants’ specific needs, and a concrete slab engineered to withstand exceptional loads of up to 400 lb/sq. ft., ensuring uncompromising durability. The structure was adapted to the geotechnical challenges of the site (limited bearing capacity), with customized technical solutions and a design suited to the soil’s constraints.
