In Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Catalyseur National Inc. entrusted our team with the expansion of its existing manufacturing facility, designed to meet the growing demands of its operations.
Specializing in the production of catalytic converters, connectors and exhaust pipes, the company sought to optimize its production space while remaining on its current site.
Through a comprehensive turnkey mandate, we supported the client from planning to delivery — ensuring every step met both regulatory and operational requirements.
Our involvement covered:
- Municipal compliance and building code coordination
- Custom design plans maximizing the site’s available space
- Technical layout optimization for mechanical equipment and production flow
- Full construction management, from the first plans to the final handover
The project adds 3,615 sq. ft. to the existing 4,735 sq. ft. building, creating a total surface area of more than 8,350 sq. ft. Designed as a single-storey structure, the addition integrates seamlessly with the existing building, combining performance, durability and architectural coherence.
