From a young age, Gianni was immersed in this world, absorbing the values and skills that shaped the Grilli reputation. By creating Groupe Grilli Samuel, he not only carried on the family tradition but also brought a fresh perspective—blending family heritage with a modern and innovative vision.

President and founder of Groupe Grilli Samuel and YHS Architecte, Yves H. Samuel has over 36 years of experience in the field of architecture. He also holds a certificate from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, as part of the “Site Design & Engineering” program.
His forward-thinking mindset enables his companies to stand out through a global and non-traditional approach to architecture and construction in Quebec. Grounded in the philosophy of developers and builders, he delivers projects focused on the client’s program and budget, with special attention to construction quality and building operations. Yves advocates for an interdisciplinary practice, specializing in land development, real estate projects, and as a construction contractor.
His business acumen, boldness, and organizational strength make Yves a leading figure in the industry.

Vice President of Construction at Groupe Grilli Samuel, Jérémie Côté has been involved in the construction field from a very young age. His thirst for learning, open-mindedness, and creativity have allowed him to turn even the most challenging situations to his advantage by finding innovative and tailored solutions.
A self-taught professional, he has gained solid experience over the past 17 years in planning, design, estimating, and execution of complex construction and real estate development projects.
His attention to detail and rigor have enabled him to successfully complete a wide range of diversified projects, some of which are located across the province. From residential, multi-residential, commercial, industrial, and even hotel developments, he has surrounded himself with highly skilled professionals, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

A finance graduate and currently Vice President of Finance and Principal Partner at Groupe Grilli Samuel, Jonathan specializes in negotiations with financial institutions, strategic coordination of investments, and management of complex projects. With 23 years of experience in the banking, finance, and construction sectors, Jonathan is a passionate and versatile professional, combining banking expertise with financial strategy.
Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in structuring and coordinating projects involving both banks and investors, ensuring smooth communication and optimal risk management. His role as a strategic leader also includes careful monitoring of construction costs to ensure profitability and adherence to budgets throughout the process.
His ability to negotiate with various stakeholders and structure tailored financial solutions has been a key asset in the success of numerous large-scale projects. His approach is based on rigorous analysis, strategic vision, and a constant commitment to operational excellence.
